We announce a batch. The bar at the top of the site shows the live status and deadline.
Add pre-order items to your cart and check out as normal. You'll get an order number instantly.
Once the deadline hits, we lock the batch and start baking. No late orders — that's what keeps it fresh.
We fulfil on the drop date you chose, by pickup or delivery, and confirm timing with you directly.
